Refund policy
Because our products are digital downloads, we generally cannot accept returns after a file has been downloaded. However, if a purchase link is broken, a file is incorrect or incomplete, or you have a genuine technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement access or another reasonable resolution. Please include your order details and a short description of the problem so we can help quickly.
This policy applies to products sold directly by A Little Simpler. Purchases made through Etsy or Lemon Squeezy may also be subject to the relevant platform's own policies and procedures.
